Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Tamaiti is not responsible for returned parcels that are lost in transit.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another size or style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item to us.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Refunds are only available for garments that are faulty. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us with your order details and photos of the fault so we can assess the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution.
Conditions of Return
Returned items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if an item does not meet these conditions.
